These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the IraqMoto website, iOS application and Android application (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, publishing content, messaging another user, or otherwise using a non-public feature, a user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
If a user does not agree, the user must not create an account or use non-public features. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these Terms.
IraqMoto provides an online marketplace that helps users discover, advertise and discuss motorcycles. IraqMoto is not a motorcycle dealer, broker, mechanic, inspector, delivery provider, title service, payment intermediary or escrow provider and is not a party to a transaction between users.
IraqMoto does not inspect or guarantee any motorcycle, seller, buyer, dealership, price, description, document, registration status, ownership, legal status, safety, condition, mileage, history or availability. Users are solely responsible for inspection, identity and ownership checks, legal-document verification, price negotiation, payment, registration transfer, taxes, delivery and compliance with applicable law.
IraqMoto does not hold motorcycle purchase money and does not provide refunds for motorcycle purchases.
People under 18 may browse public content but may not create an account, publish a listing, message a seller or participate in a marketplace transaction. By creating an account, a user represents that the user is at least 18 and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
Users must provide accurate information, maintain a single legitimate identity unless IraqMoto authorizes business accounts, protect passwords and one-time codes, and promptly notify IraqMoto of suspected compromise. Users may not transfer, sell, rent or share accounts or impersonate another person or organization.
IraqMoto may require email or security-code verification and may restrict access when account integrity cannot reasonably be confirmed. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless caused by IraqMoto's failure to use reasonable security measures.
A listing must:
New listings and material edits may remain pending until reviewed. Review does not constitute inspection, authentication, endorsement or a guarantee. IraqMoto may reject, hide, edit the presentation of, expire or remove a listing that violates these Terms or creates a safety, fraud, legal or quality risk.
Users must not:
The Community Guidelines provide additional examples and form part of these Terms.
Users must communicate respectfully and use messages only for legitimate marketplace purposes. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, sexual content, spam and fraud are prohibited.
Ratings and reviews must reflect a genuine interaction and may not be purchased, exchanged or manipulated. Users may report advertisements, users and individual messages through the reporting controls in the Services, or by emailing [email protected]. Users may also block another account; blocking is enforced by IraqMoto's servers and prevents further messages between the two accounts. A blocked-account list is available in account settings, and blocking may be reversed there at any time.
Urgent safety reports are normally reviewed within 24 hours. This is a review target, not a guarantee of final resolution within 24 hours. IraqMoto may request evidence, preserve relevant records, refer a matter to competent authorities, restrict accounts or content, and inform affected users where appropriate.
Before paying or transferring a motorcycle, users should meet in a safe public place, verify identity and ownership, inspect the motorcycle through a qualified independent person, validate all documents with competent authorities, use lawful and traceable payment methods, and complete registration or ownership transfer properly.
Users must not rely on a listing's publication, prominence, badge or review status as a substitute for independent checks. Users should not send advance money to an unverified person.
Core selling remains available without charge: users may publish, edit and manage listings; call, use WhatsApp and share; view favorites and basic listing statistics; and use a normal seller profile. Free listings remain eligible for ordinary organic visibility. IraqMoto does not guarantee a particular rank, number of views, enquiry or sale for either free or promoted content.
The Services display the following optional products in Iraqi dinars: Featured placement at 3,000 IQD for 7 days or 5,000 IQD for 14 days; IraqMoto+ at 10,000 IQD for 30 days; and, on the website, showroom plans sold month by month or three months prepaid: showroom Basic at 35,000 IQD for 30 days or 90,000 IQD for 90 days; showroom Pro at 75,000 IQD for 30 days or 190,000 IQD for 90 days; and showroom Elite at 130,000 IQD for 30 days or 330,000 IQD for 90 days. Separately, as an introductory dealership offer, one eligible showroom may receive its first 90 days (three months) of Pro for 0 IQD.
The free Pro period may activate only once for each dealership. It starts only after IraqMoto approves the showroom and its first motorcycle is published. As eligibility evidence, IraqMoto stores one-way fingerprints of the normalized dealership telephone number, of the owner account's telephone number and email address and, where it has been given, of the business registration number; changing or recreating the owner account, showroom name, slug or showroom record does not reset the offer, and a showroom whose owner telephone number, email address or business registration number already activated the offer for another showroom does not receive it. A showroom that has already paid for a showroom plan does not receive the free period. The offer does not renew automatically and does not convert into a paid order. When it expires, the showroom and existing inventory remain, but Pro benefits end. The showroom's owner may choose to buy a showroom plan at its displayed price as described below; a plan bought on the website while the free Pro period is still running starts when that period ends.
After a motorcycle listing has already been submitted without charge, the Services may offer the seller a Featured option. The seller may decline or close that offer and continue with the ordinary free listing. Declining does not cancel the submission, impose a charge or reduce the listing's ordinary organic eligibility. Featured placement may add a badge, stronger default-search ranking and an opportunity for homepage exposure, but does not guarantee approval, views, button clicks, timing or a sale.
IraqMoto+ is an account-level 30-day entitlement, not a charge for an individual listing. An active entitlement includes one 14-day Featured allowance and two 7-day Featured allowances—11,000 IQD of displayed Featured value per benefit period—plus four listing refreshes, an IraqMoto+ badge and premium profile customization. Basic 7/30-day listing performance remains available without charge; a paid plan may later add deeper history or comparisons only where the Services explicitly display them. A refresh moves the listing upward among ordinary listings; it does not make that listing Featured. Buyer benefits include faster saved-search alerts with a quiet period beginning at one hour, listing price history and an asking-price comparison based on the median of sufficiently similar active listings. Alert timing remains subject to matching inventory, notification permission and service availability. Price history and asking-price comparisons are informational, are not an appraisal or mechanical inspection, and do not guarantee value, condition or a fair transaction.
Showroom Basic permits up to 20 published active motorcycles. Pro permits up to 60, up to three staff accounts, advanced analytics, bulk inventory management and two 7-day Featured credits in each 30-day benefit period. Elite permits up to 200, up to five staff accounts, the strongest showroom-directory visibility, advanced bulk tools, four 7-day and one 14-day Featured credits in each 30-day benefit period. Only published active motorcycles count toward these limits. Advanced showroom reports count recorded views, WhatsApp-button clicks, call-button clicks, listings marked sold and best-performing motorcycles; button clicks do not prove that a conversation or call occurred.
Paying on the website with FastPay. A signed-in user of the IraqMoto website, in a web browser, may pay with FastPay for IraqMoto+ for the user's own account, Featured placement for one of the user's own active listings, a showroom plan for a showroom the user owns, and, once IraqMoto makes them available, a Parts Store plan for a parts store the user owns, as described below. The price in Iraqi dinars is shown before payment. Payment is made on FastPay's own payment page, not on IraqMoto; IraqMoto never sees or stores card, wallet or PIN details. Each website purchase is a single payment for one period: it does not renew automatically, and nothing more is charged unless the user buys again.
A payment counts only when FastPay confirms it to IraqMoto's server; returning to the website from the payment page is not proof of payment. A checkout that is not paid closes after about 10 minutes, and nothing is charged for it. After confirmation, the purchase is activated automatically. If IraqMoto+ is already running on the account, the new 30-day period starts when the current one ends. If the showroom already has a plan running, including the free Pro period, the new plan starts when the current plan ends. Featured days start after any Featured period already running on that listing. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the IraqMoto Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
An authorized administrator may also activate access without payment as a documented manual test, trial, support grant or sponsored grant, with zero payment recorded. No such grant renews automatically.
FastPay is offered only on the website. The iOS and Android applications do not offer FastPay or direct users to an external payment method for these digital products. Where the iOS application offers a digital product, it is sold through Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple's terms, billing and refund processes apply to that purchase. Where the Android application offers a digital product, it is sold through Google Play Billing, and Google Play's terms, billing and refund processes apply to that purchase. Neither application offers FastPay. How Parts Store plans are bought in the applications is described in section 10.
A Featured badge describes temporary visibility only. An IraqMoto+ badge describes an active account entitlement. A showroom tier describes commercial tools and limits. None is identity or business verification and none guarantees a seller, showroom, motorcycle or transaction. A verification badge may be granted only after IraqMoto actually checks the relevant business or identity under its verification process; verification is not sold.
A business that IraqMoto approves may run a spare-parts store ("Parts Store") on IraqMoto to list its stock and answer buyer requests. IraqMoto is not a party to a sale between a Parts Store and a buyer. A Parts Store plan is a fee for the store's use of the Services; it is not verification and does not guarantee views, requests or sales.
When a plan is required. Parts Stores keep trading without a fee until a date that IraqMoto announces in advance. From that date, a Parts Store needs an active plan, trial, grace period or access granted by IraqMoto. A store that has none of these is paused: it is hidden from buyers and its merchant tools are limited until a plan is active again. A pause does not delete the store or its stock, photos or records, and it ends when the store again has an active plan, trial, grace period or granted access.
Trial, grace period and free access. When IraqMoto first approves a new Parts Store, the store receives a free 30-day trial. The trial is given once for each store and does not restart if the store is approved again. A Parts Store that is already trading on the date plans become required receives a free grace period of at least 30 days from that date; if its trial has longer left to run, it keeps the longer trial. Free access that IraqMoto granted to a store before that date (legacy access) is not ended by the start of paid plans. IraqMoto may also give a store free time, recorded with zero payment. No payment is taken for a trial, grace period or free time, and none of them turns into a paid plan.
Prices and terms. There are two Parts Store plans, Monthly and Quarterly. On the website, the Services display them as prepaid plans in Iraqi dinars:
A term bought on the website ends on the same day of the month one or three months after it starts, or on the last day of that month if the month is shorter. In the Android and iOS applications, a plan is a subscription for one month (Monthly) or three months (Quarterly) at a time; its price is the one Google Play or Apple shows before the purchase, and its dates are the ones Google Play or Apple reports. A plan belongs to the store it was bought for, not to the account that paid for it.
Paying and renewing. Once IraqMoto makes Parts Store plans available, the owner of an active store may buy them for that store. How a plan is paid for, renewed, cancelled and refunded depends on where it is bought:
A plan bought in an application starts when the purchase is made and keeps the dates Google Play or Apple gives it; it is not moved to start after a trial, grace period or free time that is still running. An application accepts the purchase only for a store that has no paid term running or waiting to start. The plan stays active only while Google Play or Apple reports its subscription as active: cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid, and if a renewal cannot be charged, the plan ends when the subscription stops being active. The applications do not offer FastPay or any other external payment for Parts Store plans.
Refunds and ended terms. Cancellations and refunds of Parts Store plans are governed by the Refund Policy and follow the provider used: IraqMoto makes refunds of website payments through FastPay; refunds of purchases in the Android application are made through Google Play under Google Play's refund policies; and Apple refunds purchases in the iOS application under Apple's rules. When a website payment is refunded, or when Google Play or Apple tells IraqMoto that a purchase in an application was refunded in full or revoked, the term it paid for ends, or does not start if it was still waiting; any later prepaid website term moves earlier to fill the gap, so no paid time is lost; it never moves into the store's current trial, grace period or free time. The end of a trial, grace period or free time creates no charge and no refund.
IraqMoto does not display programmatic advertising or load third-party ad-network tracking. IraqMoto may operate clearly labelled sponsored campaigns in which a brand funds Featured visibility for eligible user listings. Sponsorship changes placement only, is not an endorsement or verification, does not permit the sponsor to edit a user's listing, and does not make the sponsor a party to a motorcycle transaction. Users' cookie and privacy choices are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, a user grants IraqMoto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the period the content is hosted, plus any limited legal retention period, to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute and moderate the content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and protect the Services.
The user represents that the user owns or has permission to use the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. The license ends when content is deleted, except for backup deletion periods, anonymized material and records lawfully retained for safety or legal purposes.
The IraqMoto name, logo, interface, software, original graphics and other IraqMoto materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission. To report copyright or trademark infringement, email [email protected] with identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, contact details and a good-faith explanation.
IraqMoto may warn a user, limit functionality, reject or remove content, suspend or permanently terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate fraud, address repeated violations or comply with law. Stolen-property fraud, serious threats, exploitation or repeated intentional abuse may result in immediate permanent termination and referral to authorities.
An affected user may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the account email, decision being appealed and relevant evidence. IraqMoto will review appeals reasonably but is not required to restore content or access where restriction remains justified.
Users may request deletion through Settings > Delete Account or https://iraqmoto.com/delete-account. Deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy and may require reasonable identity verification. Limited fraud, moderation, accounting, security or legal records may be retained where necessary.
IraqMoto may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, technical or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular search position, a minimum number of buyers, or the completion of any transaction. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notice or renewed acceptance.
The Services may link to third-party services governed by their own terms. Apple and Google are not parties to motorcycle transactions or to these Terms. Use of the iOS or Android app is also subject to applicable app-store terms. Where mandatory app-store or consumer rules apply, those rules control to the extent of a conflict.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. IraqMoto does not warrant that user content is accurate, that a user is trustworthy, that a motorcycle is lawful or safe, or that a transaction will be completed. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IraqMoto and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or loss arising from a motorcycle's condition, ownership, documents, payment, delivery, accident, user conduct or transaction between users.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Any additional monetary limitation should be reviewed by qualified Iraqi counsel before publication.
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by the user's unlawful content, fraud, infringement, transaction, violation of these Terms or misuse of another person's rights. This section does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Baghdad. Users should first contact [email protected] so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Users may not assign their rights or accounts without written permission. IraqMoto may assign these Terms to a lawful successor of the service with appropriate notice.
Arabic and Kurdish translations may be provided for convenience. The English version controls to the extent permitted by mandatory law if a translation conflicts with it.

Canonical prices are expressed in IQD. Apple and Google may display the closest localized storefront price based on exchange rates, taxes and store tiers. The exact provider-confirmation price is shown before purchase. IraqMoto does not intentionally add a platform surcharge.
Featured 7 and Featured 14 are repeatable one-time consumable purchases for one selected listing. They buy visibility, not a guaranteed sale or contact. A confirmed refund removes only the remaining purchased Featured entitlement; it does not delete or change the underlying listing.
IraqMoto+ renews automatically through Apple or Google. Website/FastPay purchases are prepaid with manual renewal. Benefits are identical. Native subscription periods use the provider's verified calendar dates; website Plus lasts 30 days. Store cancellation stops future renewal; paid access remains until the entitlement end. Manage subscriptions through the provider that charged you.
Listing renewal costs 2,000 IQD and extends one eligible listing by exactly 30 days. It does not increase active-listing capacity. Only one unresolved renewal payment may exist for that listing. Refunds reverse the purchased period where safe, without deleting content or reversing a newer independent listing lifecycle.
A permanent extra listing place costs 3,000 IQD. Each verified purchase adds exactly ONE permanent personal-seller active-listing place, up to THREE purchased places per personal account. Multiple purchases are allowed. It does not renew a listing or make that listing permanent. It does not add Showroom or Parts inventory capacity, including after conversion to a business. It is non-transferable and has no cash value. Confirmed refund, reversal, fraud or account enforcement may revoke that purchased place. If capacity falls below existing usage, listings are never deleted or hidden automatically; publishing another listing is blocked until usage is within the limit.
Showroom Basic, Pro and Elite offer monthly and three-month subscriptions. Apple and Google renew automatically through the store; website/FastPay plans are prepaid, without an automatic charge. Old Apple .90d receipts remain supported, but these retired non-renewing products are not sold to new buyers. Parts uses its existing monthly and quarterly subscription products, with no duplicate products.
One recurring provider is allowed per subscription family (Plus, Showroom, Parts). IraqMoto blocks another provider's checkout while the previous provider's access or billing mandate remains active. External App Store or Google Play account management remains controlled by that store; do not restart an overlapping plan there. Cancel and wait for the previous plan to end before switching provider. Within a provider, upgrades take effect according to its confirmation; downgrades and same-tier duration changes take effect at the next renewal. The effective date is confirmed before a plan switch. Independent eligible consumables remain available.
A Showroom trial lasts 90 days once per actual business; a Parts trial lasts 30 days once per actual store. Eligibility is server-authoritative across accounts, providers and recreation. There is no second Apple/Google introductory trial. If you pay early, unused legitimate trial time is preserved separately as entitlement credit: it extends IraqMoto access, not the provider's next charge date. A refund reverses paid credit, not legitimate unused trial credit.
Verified store billing grace is honoured. Account hold, expiry or revocation pauses the relevant paid capabilities according to the existing service policy. There is no promised automatic website payment-failure grace beyond a separately documented or granted term. Expiry, downgrade, refund or revocation never automatically deletes listings, inventory, staff records, settings or analytics. Data above a downgraded limit is retained; new actions beyond that limit are restricted. Reactivation restores access to retained configuration subject to current account standing.
A client payment-success screen alone never grants access. The server verifies the provider, delivers idempotently and reconciles pending delivery. Do not repurchase while verification is pending. Restore native purchases in the app or manage them with the charging provider. Consumable permanent slots remain recorded in the IraqMoto account after consumption.
Purchase results and the Purchases & Plans centre show the provider, order reference, actual access dates, credits, limits and provider renewal dates separately. Recorded views, contact actions and benefit usage describe activity, not guaranteed sales. Sandbox, QA and diagnostic purchases are excluded from real revenue and growth outcomes. No payment credentials, passwords, OTPs, private messages or arbitrary sensitive payment payloads are retained for growth analytics.
