IraqMoto Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how IraqMoto uses cookies and similar browser storage on https://iraqmoto.com. It supplements the IraqMoto Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and comparable browser mechanisms. They may support authentication, security, preferences, analytics or advertising.
2. Categories used by IraqMoto
Essential cookies and storage
Essential technologies may operate without optional advertising consent where permitted by law because they are needed to:
- authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- protect accounts, forms and requests;
- prevent fraud and apply rate limits;
- remember language, cookie choices and basic interface preferences; and
- maintain service continuity.
Disabling essential cookies may prevent login and other account features from working.
Preference cookies
Preference storage remembers choices such as language and interface settings. Where law treats a preference as non-essential, it is activated only in accordance with the user's consent choice.
Advertising cookies
The website may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar information to deliver, limit, secure and measure advertisements. Where consent is legally required, IraqMoto must not load advertising cookies until the user consents.
The initial IraqMoto iOS and Android apps do not display advertising, perform cross-app tracking or collect persistent advertising identifiers.
Analytics
IraqMoto does not currently declare a separate third-party analytics service. Before adding Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics or another analytics provider, IraqMoto must update this Policy, the consent configuration and applicable store privacy declarations.
3. Consent controls
Where legally required, the website consent interface must provide choices that are equally understandable and accessible:
- Accept — permit the selected optional purposes;
- Reject non-essential — permit only essential technologies; and
- Manage choices — choose optional categories separately.
Optional technologies must not be activated before the required choice. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. A persistent "Cookie choices" link should be available in the website footer or privacy settings.
4. Current provider categories
| Provider | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| IraqMoto | Login, session, security, language and consent choices | Essential / preference |
| Cloudflare | Network security, availability and abuse prevention | Essential |
| Google AdSense | Website advertising, frequency control, security and measurement | Advertising |
Cookie names and durations may change as providers update their services. The production consent-management platform should display the current cookie inventory, providers, purposes and durations detected on the live website.
5. Browser and device controls
Users may delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent account features from working. Browser controls do not replace the IraqMoto consent interface where that interface is legally required.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this Policy before adding materially different cookie, analytics or advertising practices. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
English controls if an Arabic or Kurdish translation conflicts with this version, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
