IraqMoto displays prices and payment-disabled checkout summaries for Featured promotions, IraqMoto+ and showroom plans. Electronic payment is not available on the website, iOS app or Android app. Continuing from checkout only displays a coming-soon notice; it cannot charge a card, deduct wallet credit, activate a purchase or start automatic renewal.
Because no IraqMoto digital service is currently charged, there is currently no digital-service charge to cancel or refund. Manual test, trial, support and sponsored grants record zero payment and expire without automatic renewal.
The introductory showroom Pro offer costs 0 IQD for its one-time 90-day period, creates no charge and does not renew. Its expiry therefore creates no refund or cancellation amount; the showroom remains available while the Pro benefits end.
IraqMoto only connects buyers and sellers. IraqMoto does not receive or hold motorcycle purchase funds, provide escrow, deliver motorcycles or participate in ownership transfer. IraqMoto does not provide refunds, returns, warranties or buyer protection for motorcycle purchases. Any transaction dispute is between the buyer and seller, subject to applicable law.
Before any paid digital service is activated, IraqMoto will publish updated Terms and a final refund/cancellation schedule stating:
Digital services sold inside the iOS app will use Apple In-App Purchase where required. Digital services sold inside the Android app will use Google Play Billing where required. Store-processed refunds and subscription management will be subject to the applicable store's rules and the user's mandatory legal rights.
IraqMoto will not activate paid features merely by changing this document; the product, billing integration, user interface, prices and store declarations must all be completed first.
