IraqMoto Refund Policy

1. Current status

IraqMoto does not currently sell paid digital services. Paid subscriptions, boosts, promotional badges, dealer sections and paid additional-listing allowances are not active on the website, iOS app or Android app. The website payment gateway is disabled, and the initial mobile releases contain no payment buttons or external payment links.

Because no paid IraqMoto digital service is currently sold, there is currently no digital-service charge to cancel or refund.

2. Motorcycle transactions

IraqMoto only connects buyers and sellers. IraqMoto does not receive or hold motorcycle purchase funds, provide escrow, deliver motorcycles or participate in ownership transfer. IraqMoto does not provide refunds, returns, warranties or buyer protection for motorcycle purchases. Any transaction dispute is between the buyer and seller, subject to applicable law.

3. Future digital services

Before any paid digital service is activated, IraqMoto will publish updated Terms and a final refund/cancellation schedule stating:

• the price and currency;
• whether the product is one-time or recurring;
• the precise benefit and duration;
• when the benefit is considered delivered;
• renewal and cancellation terms;
• eligibility for failed, duplicate, unauthorized or legally refundable transactions; and
• how to request support.

Digital services sold inside the iOS app will use Apple In-App Purchase where required. Digital services sold inside the Android app will use Google Play Billing where required. Store-processed refunds and subscription management will be subject to the applicable store's rules and the user's mandatory legal rights.

IraqMoto will not activate paid features merely by changing this document; the product, billing integration, user interface, prices and store declarations must all be completed first.
