01How do I post an ad?
After logging in, tap 'Sell' and fill out the ad form, upload photos (up to 12), then tap Publish. Every new ad is reviewed and goes live after approval.
02Is posting an ad free?
Yes. You can have up to 2 listings live or under review at the same time, free. Sold and expired listings don't count — mark a bike as sold to free its place. Need more? Message support.
03How do I contact the seller?
On the ad page, tap the contact button to see the seller's number and call or open WhatsApp directly. Signed-out visitors can reveal 2 numbers per hour; signing in removes the limit.
04How do I verify an ad isn't a scam?
All ads are reviewed before publication, but we always recommend meeting the seller in person, inspecting the bike, and verifying legal documents before paying. Never send money in advance.
05When does my ad expire?
Ads last 30 days. Once yours expires, you can renew it with one tap — it goes back through review, then runs another 30 days.
06Can I edit my ad?
Yes, you can edit your ad anytime from the Dashboard page or from the ad page itself. Significant edits send the ad back for review before it appears again.
07How many photos can I upload?
You can upload up to 12 photos per ad.
08Is the site available in Kurdish?
Yes, IRAQMOTO is available in three languages: Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
09Why is my ad under review?
Every new listing and every significant edit is reviewed by the moderation team before going live, to protect buyers and sellers alike. You can follow the status from your dashboard, and if an ad is rejected you'll see the reason there.
10How is my phone number protected?
Your phone number is never shown on the listing. Buyers tap the contact button to reveal it, and signed-out visitors can reveal up to 2 numbers per hour. Signing in removes the limit.
11How do I contact support?

12How is a renewal different from a permanent place?
Renewal costs 2,000 IQD and extends one listing by exactly 30 days. A permanent place costs 3,000 IQD and adds one personal active-listing place, up to 3 purchased places. It does not make a listing permanent or add business inventory capacity.
13Why can a store price differ?
Canonical IraqMoto prices are in IQD. Apple/Google may show the closest localized price including FX, tax and store tiers. The exact provider price is shown before confirmation. IraqMoto does not intentionally add a platform surcharge.
14Will an early purchase waste my trial?
No. Unused legitimate free days are preserved as IraqMoto access credit. They do not delay an Apple/Google charge. Trials belong to the business, not each new account or provider.
15What happens after cancellation or expiry?
Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains until the entitlement end. Listings and business data are not automatically deleted. Manage a store subscription with its provider. A second subscription provider is blocked until the old paid plan ends.
